A brief background to the " Old Lady Photo"

We were sitting in the club one wet day, to give you an idea of how wet it was, look at Captain Pugwash on the green 

and the discussion turned around to the days out that some of the committee members had had with Mick`s Tours.

There was a lot of banter and Billy Adams produced from his folder................ a batch of photo`s which he had found while clearing out at home.  One of these photo`s was the one with Mick engaged in some pursuit with an old lady in a rocking chair !!!!!!!!!!!!! and as you would expect there were a number of suggestions made, which were obviously strongly denied by Mick. But there was one suggestion made that had both Billy and Mick looking carefully at the photo, and when it was decided that this was good material for the website...it started Mick off in an attempt to clear his good name

Mick`s language was put to the test here and he lost the ability of coherent speech and started making gurgling noises, like some kind of duck quacking in Gaelic! Even he couldn`t fail to see the funny side of this and ended up in tears of laughter collapsed at a table nearby.......
